Our take
I was excited to try this cordless KitchenAid food chopper. The convenience of battery power is great—no cord to wrestle with. It chopped onions and herbs quickly with the pulse control. The 3.5-cup bowl is decent for small jobs. However, battery life could be better; I needed a recharge after a few uses. Also, it's a bit heavier than expected for a cordless tool. The stainless steel finish looks nice but shows fingerprints. The box damage didn't affect the unit. If you prioritize portability, it's worth considering, but corded models offer more consistent power.
